Thank you for telling me. I normally use a mod for the game setup (Really Advanced Setup), and for some reason it interacted strangely with this mod (no clue why). Anyway, it should work as normal now.

hey i had this problem, once at the start of the game playing as her, my units do not appear and it gaves me a immediate defeat,

Is it when you meet her, or when you start the map? It might be a missing image file (no clue how it can have dissappeared though) but that would only happen when you meet her, not anytime else. Other than that, the only thing I can think of is to delete the mod and re-install it. I have never seen this issue when I play with her... Do you have BNW and all the other dlc?

Can you tell me how your game is glitching? I am playing with an extensive mod list myself and I don't have any issues.

I am working on both Twilight and Flutters, and both are soon ready.

I might get back on something similar, but I actually have all three remaining mane six mods done. Pinkie could be released today, but I am holding off until october seventh, which is Equestria Daily's Pinkie Pie Celebration day.

Buuut, as a sneak peek, her empire is named "The Fractured Empire" and it centers around the Pinkie/Pinkamena duality... with plenty of Cupcakes, if you get my drift...

im thinking the civ could have the dear fateful student a unique unit replacing the settler and has twilight castle as an unique building that helps get declerations of friendship faster and adds a delegate to the world congress with each declaration declared and has the school of friendship as a unique wonder that can only be built during the industrial era and has researched education which allows the civ one free great person during the era it was built

No, it seems like this one applies only to encampments. I actually thought it applied to any unit, but seems I remember wrong from my testing phase (work on this mod was put on hold for two moths during my summer job). Anyway, I changed it so she has a 100% chance of capturing encampments now. If you have any more feedback regarding bugs or balancing issues, feel free to send them to me and I will see what I can do.

Finally able to convert a barbarian encampment at turn 347. Is the ability to convert encampments and not defeating them in battle in general?

Outpost works as expected.

Not sure the barbarian conversion works. Nearly 200 turns and many scores of barbarians killed in melee and not one turned from the dark side.

Haven't tried the outpost yet. I'll keep you apprised.
