Pinkie Pie's Fractured Empire

Adds Pinkie Pie and her alter-ego Pinkamena Diane Pie from My Little Pony, leading their Fractured Empire.

UA: Split Personality
Every combat unit automatically gains the "Split Personality" promotion. After the first combat the unit gains one of 15 custom promotions. Roughly 5 will be good, 5 will be good and bad, and 5 will be bad. Some promotions differ between ranged and melee units, giving a total of 20 unique promotions available.

UB1: Cupcake Factory
Replacing the workshop, the Cupcake factory gives 3 production, 3 happiness and doubles the amount luxury resources available in this city, giving you more ingredients for your pastries :)

UB2: "Cupcake" Factory
Replacing the Ironworks national wonder, this requires a normal Cupcake Factory built in every city in your empire. Once built, Pinkamena's factory will give you a massive 12 production, 9 science, 3 culture and 3 food, at the cost of 15% extra unhappiness per population in your empire.
