Would it be doable to Merge the Dumfries to Carlise Section from WCML over Shap onto this?

Hey - I've previously posted a discussion point and been trying to make contact - from the discussion section:
I'm just wondering if you're still working on this? The reason I ask, is I've been doing a lot of work on the route myself, adding 3d foliage in the main but also generally giving the route a spruce up, but building heavily on your work. I'm wondering if I could have your permission to add this to the workshop when finished? I wouldn't want to do so without consent of course.
I'm pretty much done with my work on the route so wondering if you would mind me uploading?
