1. I'll run a test game and see if world congress unlocks for me.
2. I am glad you found a way to edit the XP values. I will make a note of this in my 'Additional Notes' Section for those that want to tweak XP rate for recon units.
3. I will also test Gitarja. For now, can you try a game without 'Civilizations Expanded' and see if it still gives you 1 faith per follower?
4. Yes, it is weird but it could be the AI mods as they typically make the AI based on the leader or civ and their preferred victory condition. They all have their tendencies and it could vary;
5. I have not played Hotseat before but having the game freeze in any mode every 10 turns is unheard of. Does it not let you continue the game without quitting? You could test it in traditional multiplayer as well and see if it persists.

4. ABout religions, maybe something has altered AI, so that the ones who dont go for relgious victory, dont bother starting religion, even when they got the prophet. but thats a bit weird..

4. I am not sure about religion acquisition as I have had some games with as many religions as there are players and other times only have 4 religions, like you said. It really can be a variety of factors but I assume it is the limitation of the AI with some mods. I can't test it consistently enough to know why.
I hope these are adequate answers to your remarks.
1. The eras work differently in this mod setup. Check out 'Grand Eras (Project 6T Core)' mod page on this list to know how eras have changed specifically. The former medieval era is now called 'Post-Classical Era' which basically extends the classical era by an additional era. I liked this for my list because I think the exciting periods of the game where war and development of your empire occur are between classical and medieval era in the game without mods. I believe the World Congress begins in the Post-Classical era or Medieval Era, so you should have had it begin.
1. I have had no World congress yet, around 1000ad(renisance), is this right? if not, how come its gone?
2. Recon units gets waay to much xp by moving. Reduced it to 1 pr 100 tiles(instead of 10), which is more reasonable, but suggest you change it by default .
3. Gitarja seem super OP!! but maybe also buggy. Ex, I get 1 faith pr follower in city, pr traderoute, so i can win religous victory with one holy district, earning over 400 faith pr turn. There is no wonder, zuerain, religion perk, building or Gitarja leader trait that gives this, and it made it soo easy. Anyone knows WHY my traderoutes get this op bonus?
4. In most games before, religions were created very fast, in this game, only 4 out 7 religions is created by 1000 ad,, is this just random, or some bug?
Quick fix: Disable ARS Improved Policies v1.1 in Mod Manager
Better fix: Open up Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\2480104245\Improved Policies.modinfo and change the 3 LoadOrder numbers to 25600. Exit and reload game
I'm guessing Harold will tweak his patch fixer to address this in the future. Thank you so much for having a great curated list of mods for us that is known to work!
Is there a log file I can look at to help troubleshoot this? Yes, I do have all the DLC installed.
Also, is this collection with the current mods still working for other people?
This is the middle of my Database.log file and possibly a clue as to which one is failing:
