harvester transport is oversized but does not guarantee the vehicles? I have never found a load larger than this

to everyone about this mod. yes its outdated and has been since 1.39. the point is. ats removed the files containing these trucks in it. when the dlc originally came out. ats added the option to have the trucks to spawn in but never added the spawner. his mod made it possible to spawn them in. but you seeats removed the trucks so they cant spawn in because this mod is only the spawner. i looked through the files

where do i get the mobile home mod

Sadly, this mod is broken in 1.38. There's no one escorting you at all.

This mod does not work with 1.38. Just the car at the back shows up but doesn´t follow me. The car at the front doesn´t even appear. So there is nobody to escort me. Everything worked fine until the 1.38 release.

I get an error - it seems that one ore more files are missing for download. Would love to have that mod working...

@Deebz__ its something that i need to look into. the way this originally worked is that the spawn rate of said police cruisers were changed to 0, removing the probability of randomization. a value was probably updated at some point that isnt reflected in this.

Are you positive that this version only includes the two trucks, and no police vehicles? I still randomly get police cars at the front of the pack. Checking the files, I also see references to the following police car: traffic.crwn_o_ahp

This mod makes much more sense than the Police escorts

I understand they are not your models. I was just saying the flashing lights need to be a little brighter. Thinking maybe someone will create a mod for that...

So true I haul oversize a lot and have never used cop cars other than in town s couple of times for closing down intersections, thanks a bunch for this mod.

This is a great mod. But the flashing lights on the escort vehicles need to be a little bit brighter....

in oregon to transport logging equipment you are required to have pilot cars. I wonder why for atleast the bigger loads scs didn't do this

Go to page 1 of the comments, I already have an explanation of what's going on. I AM a truck driver in America. They would never run an escort with only a lead police car. Any escort team that has a state trooper will run a standard 4 car team with the trooper in the rear, not the front. Because the front 2 escorts are always a height gauge escort and traffic mitigater escort before the actual truck.

Dude i like the mod but what you said about them not using Police vehicles your wrong on that part.When you are a truck driver here in the USA the load can only be so big without needing police escort,if the load goes about the normal size police have to be evolved so that way they can stop traffic and all the driver and load to safely pass through without any collisions with Civillians.

@GT182 unfortunately there's no way to make a mod like that without scriptwelding something because the game has no correspondence to make job offers based on what time it is. Offer data is completely random generated. The cargo market is very basic and I think scs designed it that way so you won't ever be stuck somewhere without a backhaul. As far as the time thing is concerned, without using a mod you should plan the loads better. Just gotta remember it takes 4 hours to load so if the offer timer is very low, you'll have a greater risk of running late.

Very much needed. Finally someone got it right. Thank you Nitro. Now all that's needed is the time to run the load changed so you are not always late. That's the one of the things I hate about this Special Transport. The other is they are never run at night. ST has to shut down before dark in a safe location and doesn't continue on until after daylight. Can this be done in ATS?

You're just not using the mod right. You literally even admitted to what you're doing wrong, you're driving too close. That's literally why it says when changing lanes to adjust speed. These front escort trucks are coded the exact same way as the police cars. They both function the exact same way. What you are saying is 100% incorrect and you literally have no idea what you're talking about.

and other issue, now escort car can't change line, maybe because i drive very closed, front escort just stop and do nothing

Not Police cars in escort will working incorrectly. cause they don't have the advantage of driving over others vehicles. they will get into an accident at an intersection if they try to drive a red traffic light

The only time I've seen police cars in escorts are for transports for extremely large oversized stuff like windmill blades or other loads that would require a push truck. But even then the police car wouldn't even be the lead. The standard 4 escort configuration I've seen is height gauge escort, traffic guide escort, oversize load truck, trailing escort, and THEN state trooper. Never seen them in the lead.
