Weeeell I've not made the mod, but you could download the skelekin mod, slap their body sprites into the mannikin mod and tada

Is there any way to alter the body of the mannikin race like skelekin head looks strange with a non skelekin body but its ok if its not happening i just figured of it as an option or is it the skelekin mannikin before the skelekin turned to bone? just thinking
