Its great except for the 15m barrel length which is 3x longer than the estimated 4.5m barrel length of the real gun

no actual offense but is there a reason that these guns dont do a lot of "damage" as in theres no HE shells or any big explosion radius. its just 1-3 block damage which doesnt really do anything. is there some way I could make it more "explodey"? thanks

It will devastate light armour. The multi-gun thing can be worked around in the script but I'm not too bothered about it, as for tanks at least it's hard to get more then one breech in without being disproportionately large/heavy.

@firestorm im apart of the commonwealth. of course im aware that this fires the jumbo "commie go home" round irl. i was asking dev if it fired HE so i could yeet enemies out of the sky with it

100% sure if this is a bug or a feature, although I'm going to guess it's not the latter.

if you connect multiple guns to a breach using conveyor blocks it'll allow you to fire them all at once.

@P E R I S H The IRL version of the gun can fire High Explosive Squashed-Head (HESH) shells, which are a kind of high explosive but the head squishes on impact with the armor before exploding, causing the explosion to cause massive damage against vehicles that are not heavily armored but can still cause a lot of damage to vehicles that are. If the rounds that this gun fires emulate HESH, it should do what you want.

question: does this fire only high explosive? i was considering getting a tank script to use this but i need something thats good at blowey upy stuff like making holes in light armour

The BL-10 may get it at some point Kadingir, but not planned currently. Also, I won't be adding more breeches as that'd make the 1x1 version a straight upgrade. This gun is a powerful one and so is 'self balancing' by it's difficulty of placement.

I'll upload this BP at some point actually I just need to find the time to properly write up a nice page on it.

also wondering if you could add two different sized breaches.

like, the size you have now and a 1x1 version.
barrel is more convenient but the breach is so big! even for my baneblade! lol.
