If yes - cool, because i can't do that by myself. As for classical FE, SE and Revolution this is simple. Open you profile controls file located inside Controls folder - usually its called Controls0.ctl - with Notepad. Add following lines where you want but keeping structure intact (just see how other actions are looks like):
Button Name: TTRS Zoom View Key1: Mouse Button 3 Key2: None
Pressed: plr_ffov = 20;
Released: plr_ffov = 90;
@Tayzor - yea. That's strange. Skins for weapons aren't changing gameplay... That's only skin.
@Deponzy - it's impossible. SS 1 isn't moddable . You can only change overall FOV in console command, but it won't change weapons FOV.
