There are a couple versions floating around the workshop, if you just want to update it just sub to the mod and post your updated version as a new mod. Probably want to take a look at the other versions first too.

works fine with existing galaxies but only applies to newly explored sectors, wont change existing ones but respawned resources should be affected as well

What's wrong with calling Asteroids Thicc? It's a thicc asteroid, nothing to be ashamed of. Call it as it is. A big ol', chunky, thicc 'Roid.

I can certainly do just a larger asteroid mod but if you are looking for anything compatible with Galaxy Reborn it now does some of what this mod does and touches all the same functions this mod does so there is no chance of compatibility.

since some conversion mods mess with asteroid content, is there a way/mod to JUST increase size and resource amount ??

I think I used the mod you referred to but it broke some world gen because it wasnt updated recently

Its an idea that has been explored in the past in mods on the Avorion forums but those haven't been updated lately and I just wanted a simplistic version that I could use for my guild server. This seems to fill the role nicely so far.

Interesting concept! I've always found it strange that current asteroids only get so large.
