(DISCONTINUED, I am unable to raise any enthusiasm to carry on modding Avorion. Therefore I am discontinuing my mods for Avorion and declaring them community property, if anyone wishes to update them, remake them, or anything at all feel free to, they are free game.)

Ever wish your roids were bigger? Well here ya go the Roids got Swoll. Resource asteroids are twice as large as well as the asteroid fields are bigger. Normal Asteroids have a chance to contain a bit of ore at the core. Rich asteroids can now be located with the mining scanner so get one installed boys and girls! (Server side mod, works fine in single-player though)

Note: This mod is in no way compatible with Galaxy Reborn. Do not use them together it will just cause problems with sector generation.

If you use this mod in an existing galaxy it will only affect newly explored sectors.

This mod only alters asteroid size, field size, core composition, and detectability of rich asteroids. It does not change resource distribution in any way, the types and distribution rates of materials in asteroid fields are untouched.

Note: Works with the current beta version 0.26.1

There are a couple versions floating around the workshop, if you just want to update it just sub to the mod and post your updated version as a new mod. Probably want to take a look at the other versions first too.
