I've been a bit too busy for ArmA stuff recently, so I haven't had a chance to thoroughly check compatibility with the new update yet - the blinkers and headlights _should_ already work, since I'm inheriting from the GM base classes?
AFAIK, there should be a way to define custom markers in missions? The texture paths are "HSO_GM_EasyFIA\misc\Flag_FIA_co.paa", "HSO_GM_EasyFIA_BluRed\misc\Flag_Blue_co.paa", "HSO_GM_EasyFIA_BluRed\misc\Flag_Red_co.paa" and "HSO_GM_EasyFIA_Civ\misc\Flag_Civ_co.paa"
(I think the vanilla Altis civilians work the same way?)
I can solve this with compositions easily though now that i know. Thanks for the reply.
I've just checked the workshop version in case something went weird with the upload, and I can't seem to replicate this issue for the other factions. It's possible this may be being caused by a conflict with another addon? Sorry I can't be more help.

There are a few significant issues (mostly texture errors as a result of the vehicle overhaul) with the current version that have been introduced by release candidate build, so a fix will be necessary. I don't want to comment beyond that, as I'm still pondering implementation of some of the new assets.
Actually, that's not entirely true - I'd originally made them different because I was pretty certain that having units on blue and red inheriting from SoldierGB would cause bugs, but it turns out the vanilla 2035 blue and red resistance factions do inheirit from soldierGB? So either that was fixed for ArmA.3, or maybe it was never an issue at all and I just dreamed it? (I don't think so, because usually when secrets are revealed to me in dreams by a mysterious shrouded figure, they're pretty accurate)
I believe Griz's East Wind Rearmed has GM-ified 2035 FIA, if that's what you're after, I'm not sure if it's a replacement though.
I did consider making them for use seperately as map markers, but I haven't made a full set, just the ones I needed and there's already a few other addons that do this (and a lot better than I could XD ), so... probably not going to happen, sorry.
(I did include renegade troops for resistance factions back in the old A3 SLA pack I did about 10 years ago, and they didn't work as well as I'd have liked - it seems like a good idea on paper, but feels a bit half-baked as a 'subfaction' ingame. I think something like 3CB have done with their take on the TKA/AAF is a bit better, but I feel that's a bit beyond the scope this addon!)
Not too sure what you mean by "the new uniform variants"? The 90s BW uniforms? Seems a bit too modern, IMO.
