You need to do madness research to get the "D-Hydrogen Phase Core". It is at the bottom right on the madness research tree.

I haven't even gotten to the mid-tier Frackin' Universe stuff myself, so I don't know anything about this new crafting material you made part of the recipe. :steamfacepalm:
I searched on the wiki, but there is no page for "D-Hydrogen Phase Core". Could you tell me how you make these things?

Perhaps you should add some end-game Frackin' Universe crafting materials in the recipe? As you go up from the lowest tier battery to the highest, the difficulty and complexity of the crafting recipe increases. Perhaps you could think of something that would fit an "Almost Endless Battery"? You know... some material whose description implies that it could make near endless power storage possible.
