Last time, I play and use your mod, but maximum admin I can use is 9. Please check this problem. I almost forgot I use cao cao Fiction.

I think you should change title mod name. It's little confuse after your updated but it's name still support 1.3. I just suggestion. If you think it okay for this, you don't care my suggestion.

Hello there! I start a new camp but I see only one administrator availible(locked still). How can that be changed? Or do I need to "grow up" so slots will be more?

Liu Bei at full unity so I was technically at 16. But I got the update and its now saying 10 for king putting it down to 15.

Now its 11 for king/emperor, +1 from eunuch tech, +1 from six bureaus tech (same branch) = 13.
