This mod same as "administrator" to a maximum of 16 but reduce to 12 for more lore-friendly to Vanilla.

Last time, I play and use your mod, but maximum admin I can use is 9. Please check this problem. I almost forgot I use cao cao Fiction.

I think you should change title mod name. It's little confuse after your updated but it's name still support 1.3. I just suggestion. If you think it okay for this, you don't care my suggestion.

@Башня тонкого юмора did you have mod kind of 3 prime and 9 minister or any mod had changed position in Court? and yes need to grow up like I said Maximum to.....
