If you end up doing more, I'd love to see some more of the Soldier-esque head concepts from this concept art [scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net].
Though, honestly, I think the texture work on the new head might be a bit nicer than the texturing on the rest of the skeleton body. Maybe I need to download the high-res texture pack!

@PL I imagine them as lightweight scout skeletons, yeah. Possibly used for reconaissance and designed to be more nimble than the others. The concept art looked to me like a bounty hunter or just a generally less bulky skeleton than the ones we have.
The stats imply they were a some sort of scout unit version of the Skeletons during their war.
I have to improve my modeling skills before I attempt some of the more complex designs, but I am considering doing more from the concept art.
Are you planning to recreate the other Skeletons from concept art?
