No, it's broken. The "Flowing Scarf" item description classifies it as a back slot in both the Wardrobe and Spawnable Item Pack mods. In all cases, there is a blank icon, and equipping it does not display anything on the character. I can't find any item named "Long Scarf".

Scarf is not broken. There are two items, a head scarf and back slot item called "Long Scarf".

Billy M.T. Those are the "Visor" cosmetic which can be found in the vanilla game's attack on the miniknog stronghold mission

Might want to add to your required mods list, cus not everyone who gets these mods is smart enough to know that you need the base mod. Or maybe they don't need it and they'll learn the hard way that people arn't going to spell everything out in life for them.
