I uninstalled space cowboys for this so now he's just naked.

Would it also be possible to retexture the peacekeeper uniform to the same design as Noble's? He actually looks like he's wearing a vest and has a belt while the vanilla one looks like a Star Trek shirt with a loincloth.

I'll take it from here to help a little. I may not be a modder myself but I have poke around with manual mods to get my feet wet with sprite editing and understanding the sheets. If I'm not mistake this mod creator probably only messed with Captain Noble's Sprite Sheet as it will over write with the vanilla ones. While it may seem like they have touched the peacekeeper outfit to retexture Captain Noble. I can assure you respriting an NPC shouldn't touch any cosmetics unless the modder informed us themself.

Alrighty, well, I'm gonna state my honest opinion because I'm a nerd. For some reason, I do like the original look of his hair, but everything else about this is really really well done, and I'm definitely going to give you a thumbs up if you actually shed tears during the making of a buff star cop re-texture!
