You can use GAILS with any plane with AirNav Decoder installed.
RADAR is now behind the lights of the RPAPI.
Only 2 of 4 GODS stations is usable due to mission spawning bug.
The GAILS still cause lags to the game
I'm releasing update with 2 GODS soon but they may not cover all the way to arctic.
I noticed the performance hit too. That's why I'm holding the next step to deploy more NAV stations on the remaining islands without airport.
Let's hope that the game become better in future updates.
My recent discovery shows that, some GAILS stations are not glued properly.
Wind or airplane can kick the sensor bar away and cause GS unreliable.

Is there anywhere else suitable for VOR/NDB/DME?
Could you make standalone ILS, VOR, NDB or LOC that can be placed?
Glidescope could be autogenerated from DME-dist but horizontal guidance is tricky without a station
