Just use a Number switchbox connected to the reverse output that sends the correct value to both deflectors

Thanks for the answhere, I realise my question was not clear in meaning what I want to ask, haha. I wanted to ask, what you recommend to put the waterjets in reverse, currently I use the Engine management with a number inverter to have steering from left to right, but I am not sure how I can make the "reverse" button on the touch screen working.

You can use any option but for water jets I would suggest the Diesel-Electric System which uses Diesel engines to generate electricity for Electric motors which would in turn power your Water Jets.
