I plan on making a mission (once i learn how) and I want to use this vehicle as part of the mission.
also "3" doesnt seem to work for me, is there a better way to drive this other than the arrows on the floor?

No. It's a helicopter with a crane strapped to the bottom basically. Look it up and you should get a good idea.
