Thx, im not that good, and at some parts, it wasnt possible for me to make it more realistic, because there are still some sort of blocks missing, that would make building much easier.

Dont turn full thrust while on ground and parked, only 10% while parked.

Updated the A320NEO with some new features and fixes, for example, i fixed the APU, its now working, but have to make the winglets be sharklets again, because accidentially uploaded the normal winglets.
