I'm not likely to give myself extra work by altering the placeholders in my customised server mod to accommodate other people's vehicle mods that I don't use. I use the same placeholders across all my mods for convenience and in a few cases I was literally the first person to use some of them.

true that ^^ but i would rather prefer to just use this mod pack then serveral of mods hence why i poked you about it :)

Perhaps, now that there are more car placeholders. That said, there's nothing stopping Heyoka from shifting his cars up to the vacant placeholders.

Ah, yep - that'd do it. Load order is pretty important, as anything containing the same files like that will just be overwritten if it's first.

nevermind i fixed it by putting the mod much bigger base last in load order

yeah i was speaking about the xyz radius ^^ like the mod much bigger base (not your mod) but yea increase the build area cause we added much bigger base mod to the server but feels like that mod never kicked in due to this mod :)

It's possible to make another mod to load after this one, which replaces portions of this one - see the plot sign recipe mod, 2312892944.
Or do you mean at all? Because we're already using a larger and higher build area in this mod.

My mod pack alters vehicles, so no. Running stoutmans with mine will replace everything related to vehicles.

Since I'm getting a lot of requests, use this mod last in order to revert the plot sign recipe to standard:

There is, you can make your own recipe mod that loads last and changes the plot sign recipe back to normal.

Is there a way to change the plotsign stuff? I would like my players to be able to make a sign without hassle of having the giblets.

It's in the description. Alter your hosting.cfg with the faction lines from the description, using your steamID64.

They're compiled with resource compiler, to streamline things better. Plenty of info in the google on how to decompile.

It's a non-spawning item that requires one of the admins create it. Are you running this mod, or are you a player on a server that does?
