I was just wondering if there was more military decisions that I didn't have.
Is this an intended mechanic or is my game having issues?
I have all the DLC/Country Pack/Expansion Pack(s) other than the south america DLC and the smaller insignificant DLCs.

Change the English to German text and rename the file with "_german.yml"
Friend me on Steam to send me the files. Someone already did this for the Russian language.
I would have though setting ai_will_use to 0 would have worked.
But how exactly do we prevent the AI from using any of these decisions? I've already edited the "ai_will_use" to 0, but I'm seeing huge army stacks both invade me and defend enemy territory at the same time, and I'm suspecting it's the decisions from this mod. Any help is appreciated!
Me either its not game breaking or anything so its not that important.
I'm sadly not a modder and have no experience in that field.

I have noticed thought that somethimes it wants to add contrution slot even thought its maxed out.
please also add some options to add more political power and manpower please.
as germany in like 3 months i was making 3 political power a day and had 6 research slots
maybe make the research ones give research speed instead of slots?
and make the political ones give less pp
