this mod worked for a while in 1.35. but seems to cause an error with the SCS "Mutt" mining trucks parked outside Kennewick WA. when approaching the 395 onramp it wont load the mutt trucks and CTDs

So, how would I even get a pilot vehicle to start with? Offline that is, I would love to have this vehicle as one of my main non-truck vehicles!

jeremyj621 In Georgia it depends on the load type. I've seen several special transports get escorts by privately owned escort vehicles and Georgia State Patrol at the same time before. They do it for really long trailers, planes, and some mobile homes depending on their width too.

This doesn't replace the police escort vehicles, which is the main reason I dislike the ATS version of the Special Transport DLC. SCS should have used the escort vehicles from the ETS2 version since they are privately owned escort vehicles. I live in an area where special transports pass through on occasion, and they are NEVER escorted by police vehicles, always privately owned escort vehicles.
