I really appreciate the suggestions. Steam cloud is disabled in my settings, but I don't ever click on the "exploration" box. Maybe that's the problem. Who knows?

Hmm.... Mine works fine... I turned off "enable steam cloud" in settings -> game, and whenever i want to upload a new blueprint, i just edit the original one, then publish again.

(I always push "exploration" when i upload - not sure that matters). I got like 20x upload revisions on my favorite blueprint.

I wish! I have tried and tried and tried. It NEVER works for me. I don't know what level of voodoo magic I most know for it to succeed. I've even copied the revised blueprint into the original blueprint folder and Steam always creates a new upload. I've given up.

Yo, Spiff, you know you can just update your blueprint instead of marking as obsolete and creating a new one.

As I suspected! I don't think moving parts get along with moving parts, i.e., 40 rotating wind turbines on a rotating base. I had enough trouble with one of my designs putting a couple counter-rotating refinery assemblies (they rotated in opposite directions to cancel torque effects, if any) on a ship to give the player something dynamic to see; the ship refused to hover and would slowly sink to the ground. If you removed the rotors, it hovered just fine.

Or, sure, I could have put the entire assembly on a rotor, but Lord Clang would be knocking at my door!

now, if you could make every level spin like a vortex then we're cooking
