As much as I love this model, I really hope sometime that the original creator does update the model, like fix the tie, and the coat, this model would be awesome to use, sadly I can't ever get it to look good ;-;

Plot Twist: When medic said he lost his medical license, he actually meant he forgot his ID clip and dropped it somewhere.

For anyone wanting to apply this to other models of the Medic, you need to apply this animation to the original medic first, then add your other medic of choice and apply the original to the alternate. This will give the desired results after moving the zero slider to the original medic.

Do "not" apply the animation to an alternate medic model directly as it will distort the model of the other medics.
