Not related to the mod itself. Just the pic you chose as the logo. Wouldn't it be awesome if someone made the Mad Max trucks and trailers? (Both the classic MM truck from Road Warrior and the new one from Fury Road)

So sad that this mod doesn't work no more... I truely am... But i just got to say but im curious if someone out there in the workshop might convert this over to FMOD.. i would do it if i knew how to...

How do I get it to work? I have it active but don't see an option to use in in truck acceories.

also now that were in 1.35, I'm attempting to run roughly 156 mods through Steam workshop, and another 90 or so through 3rd party sites. Wish me luck lol.

I actually run this game on a Nvidia Geforce GT 540 I believe? 4GB RAM, 3.4 or 3.7Ghz processor. I think the only reason it even kinda works is because the ONLY thing I do on this PC is play ATS, it was basically the entire reason I bought a PC to accompany my PS4. Considering I knew ATS will more than likely never come to console, and even if it did, what is this game without mods?

Thank you for educating me a little further about the topic. Nice horn btw. I have another question since you seem to be knowledgable. I currently run about 149 mods on steam, and another 106 mods off of 3rd party sites, the SCS forum, etc.I run a PC basically, totally dedicated to running ATS and nothing else. I have a 500 GB HDD, i5 or i7 3.4Ghz, 4 GB RAM, & a lower end Nvidia video card. I have turned down the graphics settings as low as humanly possible, but still cant seem to manage anywhere near 20-25 FPS. Is it a matter of running too many mods? I used to run 323 mods so I have "trimmed the fat" so-to-speak as much as humanly possible. Is there anything else I could do short of upping the RAM or ditching more mods?

@TheScrambler except that this is a mod so you cant just save edit it. you have to convert it to /home format and run it as a local mod. but as of the last TMP update, all local mods have been canned so you cant run this in MP even if you DID convert it to the correct format.

In order for this horn to properly work in TruckersMP, not only would you have to install it in single player, then "Save Edit" your truck (like when you build a stretched frame Day-Cab for TruckersMP) The issues that would arise is that, even IF it did work, ONLY YOU would be able to hear the modded horn when honking. Other players would either hear a normal horn, or no horn at all. This is why when a player hauling a load from a DLC drives past, if a player does not have said DLC, he will simply see a empty trailer going down the road. Hope this helps.

I own Mad Max fury road and this horn sounds remarkably like the horn it the film great job

@sgtsnodawg499 The GTA V version that they use is pretty close as well, however you will never get a clean version of the audio file used to make the horn because horns are listed as effects so recording the game directly would include ALL of the background noises and even the idle of the truck itself. It's not possible to extract a clean file from the game either because Rockstar has the files encrypted in such a way to prevent theft of assets so you can't pull them directly. There is only 1 video on YT (currently) which shows the horn of the Cerberus but it is incredibly grainy and washed out by previous mentioned background noises.
