Oki, the bug should be fixed now.
This bug was caused by the fix for the negative numbers.

I have had to find new fix for negative numbers, and I have found out that the game (on random occurances) was using more power than 625 o-o
And that if ablator went negative power it started to "cool down" the ablation process, because of this machine was going into infinite negative power (keeps cooling down and keeps using power)
Now everything should be ok.

Oki, now I have managed to reproduce it, if you cut off power source when machine is on low power then machine will interrupt abalting if power drops under 625, and won't ablate until you bring more power
Austin5003 2019 年 7 月 23 日 上午 1:18
I get that, but it stops the process if it already started ablating

It's supposed to not ignore it.
It's supposed to wait until you have enough power to ablate...
Austin5003 2019 年 7 月 23 日 上午 1:12
The ablator just isn't ignoring the minimum power requirement when it's processing a block
Austin5003 2019 年 7 月 23 日 上午 1:06
When the ablator gets low on power, it gets interrupted instead of using up the last >625 power required, and the loop only ends up happening with low input rates

Would you mind giving more informations? Are you on default settings? (maybe non default requires different amount of power?) Screenshots of your setup?
I couldn't reproduce it.

The machine doesn't start ablating unless there is enough power to finish it, it doesn't use the power when it's waiting.
I have had 3 ablators on single soft resin block, ablating it at the same time, they all ablated it (and used power too) and moved onto next block, none of them was stuck on the partially ablated soft resin. (first I have made them all wait looking at the same soft resin and then injected power)
Austin5003 2019 年 7 月 21 日 下午 10:32
And even after that partially ablated block is processed by another ablator, the soft ablator will still continuously fire at those coordinates
Austin5003 2019 年 7 月 21 日 下午 10:30
The ablator needs to ignore the minimum power storage requirement when it's in the process of ablating a block, otherwise it will get stuck in a loop where it wastes power

It's miracle, someone actually reported anything :D

I couldn't reproduce it so I have released "maybe-fix" (it will maybe fix the issue maybe not), could you keep testing it?

Two slight issues. Rarely the ablator will take a block to 'partially ablated' and then just stop. Leaving a block that you can't remove. You can use a normal resin ablator to remove it, but it is something to report.

Second, and far more frustrating, if the power source dips to zero, sometimes the ablator will dip into negative power numbers. In this case no matter how much power is applied, it just pushes it further into the negative and does not work. I ran into this with T4 power cubes and organic solar panels, with the liquifier and the refiner attached as well.

Overall though, very positive and very helpful to clean up all that mess, rather than doing it by hand.

Thank you. :healthpoints:

I have just added option to supercharge machine with the "High Energy Composite Fuel", 5 shoots for each fuel (there is 20 shoots for freezon)
Machines takes freezon as priority if both are in hopper.

I have also found some bugs and noticed that vanilla ablator doesn't save super charged shoots or current state of scanning, so I have fixed it and upgraded my mod ;D
Wariat117  [作者] 2019 年 2 月 25 日 上午 9:41
I have managed to add code which looks for compressed freezon in hoppers adjacent to the ablator ;D
It will work exactly the same as freezon injector for vanilla ablator (20 super charged shots)

The code was confusing ;-;
But I have managed to find out that I can take stuff from hoppers that aren't adjacent too, it would be unintuitive so I left it only for adjacent ones :D
I can also call specific effects if close to my machine is certain other block/machine.
For example many FF machines quickly lose power if there is cryoplasm attached to them.

Cool, thank you Wariat!:47_thumb_up:

I have asked one friend and he told me that injector doesn't work ;d
I have checked code and I would either need to create new modded injector or find a way to override existing injector because it supports only certain blocks, both options can cause compatibility problems ;D

Also i have noticed that this machine doesn't appear in holobase, next time I update it, it will be white cube in holobase.

I don't have DLC soo...
Could anyone test if freezon injector works on this machine just like it does on original ablator?

Perfect! Works wonderful. ive tested it with 44 mods, so far i have not noticed any conficts. Ill let ya know if i find any bugs.
