@NG_Ch Yeah, one of her decisions allow her to do that once per game, after discovering everyone.

one turn she suddenly took all the gold i had, is this from event and decisions? no war or anything, and she's neutral towards me

Try downloading it and place it in your mods folder with steam workshop downloader.

The mod is not displayed in modifications. All DLC is owned. Please tell me what to do, reinstall does not help

I'll consider it. From my experience abilities that work on denouncement were very strong (my Higan mod), so I am worried it might make her broken

Well, it's more of an extortion really, it's like that one move where she beats the living crap out of someone whilst Shion collects the stuff they cough up

interesting but could only steal other civs' gold from war? i don't think it fit Joon's Ability well. rather make bonuses as compare other civs' turn-based gold.
