One thing that could work for the time being is this:

Follow these instructions, then:
- Remove all sections except human
- Substitute all instances of "protectorate" for "penguin"

This should work for enabling penguin ships for humans I believe ^^

Can you please make this available for the Human Race?

Ah got it. Was having issues with the character extender.

All peguins in the Penguin Piracy mod should be starting with this ship... are there any other mods you're using that could be changing the starting ships?

Not sure how to get this ship. No matter what race I start with it just gives me their default ship.
