If people (or companies) want to point on relation between a phrase and their product, then they add trademark (TM) sign next to it. It has no legal basis, but it is considered bad form to use another's trademarks. In your case it would be, for example, " Biotics Lab Lights Out™ ". Then other people would know your wish to have "Lights Out" trademark. And if they still would be using it, you would have all reasons to blame them. But just the fact that you've used the same couple of words for multiple maps, doesn't mean anything.
In fact, most people don't give a **** about the author of the map. If they like it - they play it. If they see "Lights Out" caption, they think of the map without lamplights, not about the author.
P.S. IMHO "Lights Out" caption is too primitive and doesn't tell anything about a creepy atmosphere that Foundy got after the modification. "Abandoned Foundry" sounds much better, so I agree with you that Janitor should change the map name.
Like as you see from all the comments people are talking generally about "Lights Out" series, eg. MY maps. Like I said I dont care if you decide to do more dark maps but DONT name them "Lights Out" because I dont want them to think I made your maps.
@Exorcist currently working on something else when i have time and got already another project planned, but yes i might gonna do a few more of those.
@Bloody Death you should try it on a custom server with Jason Vorhees and/or Doom Monsters :P
