Could this be a hint to the problem?
What I found was that under the 'public field - BuildingAI - m_buildingAI' I scrolled down and found 'public field - BuildingInfo - m_upgradeTarget - ForestryMainBuildingLevel2'. Unfortunately I wasn't able to figure out how to change this value. I tried clicking on it and it did nothing. I tried clicking on the "+" sign to the left of it and it just gave me the properties of the Forestry Main Building Level 2.
I think the only way to change this is by creating some kind of script or something. I'm unable to do this, however, I'm thinking of sending BloodyPenguin a message regarding this and see f he's willing to create a mod that could do this.

The strange thing is that they both don't show up as missing in the log, they only show up as missing during the loading of the city. The log has them under the enabled but unnecessary assets list when I start a new game, not in the missing or failed to load list ...
(we'll see when I get my set up for a new game ready and I reached the stage in the game where I build it what happens then...)
Wäre es Dir möglich, dieses als auch das Postfuhramt, zusätzlich als "Unique Bulidung" zur Verfügung zu stellen? Wer "RICO" hat, kannst es dann noch zusätzlich selber umwandeln.
