luckily Inzeron posted the right link.
!!!! New Version !!!!
please update it with the new pop growth changes i really want to use it again!
This is the most suitable one.
Mod just perfectly shuffled all my unemployed and overcroded to my ringworlds without problems. 3,6K pops empire with barely any micromanaement!
I have all DLCs except Necoids enabled, if that helps.
1. Go to your home world empire capital - go to decisions - turn on the mod
2. you can then after a month or two (it took that long for me to get access after step 1) change policies for the auto migration in policy tab.

It's the only ♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing about the Machine empires, once they get advanced population production it really does spiral out of control.
1) Launch the Paradox launcher for Stellaris.
2) Click on "Mods"
3) Click on "Manage Playset"
4) Click the enable/disable toggle switch for Automatic Pop Migration mod so it is disabled
5) Click "Done"
6) Click "Play"
7) The game will launch. As soon as you get to the in-game screen, exit.
8) Re-launch the Paradox launcher for Stellaris and click on "Mods"
9) Click on "Manage All Mods"
10) Click on "Reload Installed Mods"
11) Tick "Also clear out cached information and update from server"
12) Click "reload"
13) When it finishes, click "done"
14) Click on "Manage Playset":
15) Toggle "Automatic Pop Migration" to "enabled"
16) Click "done"
17) Click "Play."
18) The game should launch and you should be able to start a new game.
Post here if that didn't work for you.
