Maybe when new updates and new modifers drop it will get me some ideas

The way percentages are done in the game makes it a huge pain to balance when you are into "almost OP" territory. IDK, i'm only 800 hours in stellaris, maybe with more experience i will have enough insight to do mode xD

You can also do an updated mod that has more crazy civics in it, what do I know, 100% more focus on biology / physics / engineering research and thus a 70% deduction on the other areas

Honestly i forgot it even exist ^^'
If it's still working that's great, but i don't plan on updating or continuing it, for now at least.

Note: I will tone down a lot the values of the current civics before the launch of "Guilli's Planet Modifiers 2.2" (the 24th December) and add some others for good measure

@voice_of_tepi technically weight is a factor of mass, which DOES factor when accelerating in zero gravity environments. Although one could argue its because of all the supermassive stars and such with their gravitational pull causing the slowdown of heavy ships.

Ever trying to modify the orbit of the earth by farting? You can't. But fart alone on space, and there is an opposite reaction.

Yeah, i have very good analogies

weight will alter acceleration and speed in zero gravity?
