描述
The mod add for now two civics, one who makes ships go fast but having a weak hull, another one with bulky hulls but who makes the ship go slow.

I intend to add more. The goal is to add civics that drastically specialize an empire while trying to keep it borderline between broken and balanced. They sure can and will be abused to no end but they always have drawbacks.

The numbers are subject to change.


Will need help for wording (i'm french, not english) and maybe for icons.

The way percentages are done in the game makes it a huge pain to balance when you are into "almost OP" territory. IDK, i'm only 800 hours in stellaris, maybe with more experience i will have enough insight to do mode xD

You can also do an updated mod that has more crazy civics in it, what do I know, 100% more focus on biology / physics / engineering research and thus a 70% deduction on the other areas

If it's still working that's great, but i don't plan on updating or continuing it, for now at least.

Note: I will tone down a lot the values of the current civics before the launch of "Guilli's Planet Modifiers 2.2" (the 24th December) and add some others for good measure

@voice_of_tepi technically weight is a factor of mass, which DOES factor when accelerating in zero gravity environments. Although one could argue its because of all the supermassive stars and such with their gravitational pull causing the slowdown of heavy ships.
