I think I found the problem, a mod I had added ended up conflicting, but didn't mention it messed with the 02_rural_districts file.

It should still work as it overrides the values set in both glavius's mod and the bigger colonies mod.

have a little problem here ... all i see is this patch but the ai mod is missing , even when its marked as downloaded

If you wonder how I'm able to update the patches quickly if I'm online/awake, it is done via a PowerShell script I created that extracts the "02_rural_districts.txt" file from the glavius AI mod or the rolling beta variant with 7zip, modifies the file with the required changes for the mod it is patching for, be it bigger colonies or even bigger colonies, checks if the resulting file is different from the one in the previous version of the patch, and if it is different it replaces the file in the patch, and then it lets me know that I need to update the patch on the workshop, and puts the update timestamp in my computers clipboard. All in 125 lines of PowerShell script.
