Please leave a comment when either mod updates

This mod allows Glavius's Ultimate AI mod and the Bigger Colonies mod to be used together. Without this patch, Glavius's distract AI is overwritten by Bigger Colonies. To allow both mods to work, this mod overwrites both mods with a file that contains the max district count changes from the Bigger Colonies mod, and the district AI from Glavius's Ultimate AI mod.
