Oh, that part is just saying that the mom was worried about her daughter, and the doctors started showing up after she called them. The doctors had antlers, so everyone figured it was safe to assume that they were Ciervus.

Hold on "No one was really sure who the first doctors were. A little girl named Sarah had been acting a bit strangely, and her mother called the doctors, just to be safe. In a few hours, or perhaps a few days, they slowly trickled into town. They were all Ciervus, obvious by their large antlers."

Nice mod, like the extra detail put into the lore. Only probelem I'm currently experiencing a crash.
