additionaly EMU can be connected from both sides same, you only need to rotate ECU

What do you mean turn it around? You can use the rotate tool in the workbench if that is what you are looking for.

They connect themselves, the button is only there to release the connectors.

how do you have the connectors connect there is no power to them and they won't connect... help please
