Brakes are bugged, once you brake the brake value gets really high and gets stuck higher then 1

Found a bug, train wheel assemblies are not limited to be max of 1, so they can crank up to 1000 and above. Haven't found the solution on how to lower it, easily locking brakes with power of 10000 and above.
