That's to be expected with 5 years w/o updates in line with the rest of the game. The fact it works at all is still incredible.

Not sure what happened with the engines, but they got so frigging turbo charged that throttling up to anything past 50% is damn near unflyable. I'll use about 30% to 25% for firefighting ops (because it's more manuverable) and 50% when en route. But anything more and it just has a mind of it's own. Still useable, but be gentle on the throttle!

It's not over-hyped. It's just outdated. It was hype back when it worked, and it worked well enough that it became the most popular. There's no hype for it currently because it's broken. It's just that no other creation has garnered enough attention and long-term popularity to dethrone this one yet. The "Most popular of all time" index is not a "Most quality and works best right now" index, and you really shouldn't be expecting something that was last updated during 2020 to still work in an ever evolving game. Hell, if not for the landing gear being kaput this thing would still run basically perfectly fine.

most overhyped creation in the history of Stormworks. It was good back in its day, but to say no other creation will pass this one when this is basically the Wright brothers flyer compared to what creators can make today is wild. It does have its spot in the history of the game though

Little janky, but it's amazing that she still runs! It does belong in a museum, it's like the C-130s that still fly!
