From the .dll point of modding -> no idea, modding API doesn't mention it and copying code of machine and pasting into a mod doesn't quite worked when I tried... Probably liquifier will do the same ;d
If you had the mod installed then look in this location for files:
*steam location*\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\254200\1566407962\
If there is no "1566407962" then steam deleted the mod.
If there is no "254200" then fortresscraft is installed in custom install location and you need to search files in the custom location.
I didn't actually use it, just mentioned it there.
This game gives you sorce code for mods when you download them so maybe someone has the mod still on their PC and they could reupload. (Unless steam removed those files)
Before anyone asks -> this rediculous look of machine is intentional :D
If people find it annoying then I can replace it with something other.
