probably because of the thumbs.db file.
a file windows created because thereis a addoninfo.jpg inside the addon. the game sees those files and marks all files conflicting, even though teh game doesn't even know what to do with that file.

just ignore it.

I wanted to make one a week after payday2 came out, back when L4Dmaps was a thing.
I asked on the forum if anyone would like to have that, but all i got was "shut up", so i never made it.
Now i would have to install the game, install the ripping tool and install 3dsmax to use the ripped files, so i'm going to hazard a guess and say "no" unless i somehow end up finding lost files on my pc.

yea. most of those files ate thumbs.db that windows creates because there's an addoninfo.jpg in the addong file. that jpg is the little picture you see when you're in the addon menu. That file appears in the vpk file the second you create it, windows literally just makes it without you asking it.

For some reason this mod conflict with a mod that changes the bad model.
