I wonder if there's something in the RuntimeGC mod that could/would clean up the duplicates? Whether it could be implemented on this mod or if it's worth asking that modder to do?
Since the rescued pawned has still the "kidnapped" tag, he may turn hostile...
But i can't repro the issue with duplicate pawns.
This issue is also in the mod "No Pawn Left Behind". Perhaps the author already has a solution.
But i've just checked and haven't seen any issue with the notification letter or the Rimquest menu.
