Awesome mod!! @Bladeuk Would be even better (and would make more sense) if the RoR or some Legendary units, like the dragons for Dragontamer, would get the buff as well! I've been reading some requests about this allready.. Much appreciated and many thanks! You're the best!

+1 to making it so RoR's also gain benefits from this mod. It's funny to me when regular troops become MUCH stronger than RoR's simply because they get "more experience"

OMG I can actually update mods! It's actually been years since I've been able to do it, this mod is based on reload stats from 2018 as I never touched them, I have now updated to match the last patch

Hi! A long time user of this mod, I've decided to fix the long-standing reload skill issue myself with two submods: restoring the higher vanilla value or buffing it further myself (roughly in the vein of Quarter Effect version, or so I aimed). Hope it's cool with you, and heads up for other fans of this mod. :-)

See, I love this mod since I am very careful with my best troops once they there, like it should be.

The problem is with the way the game spawns armies or has buildings that skip a lot of the work y just giving out levels while recruiting them.

@Bladeuk You can reproduce this module so that maybe he can update it! For example, you delete it first and then make it again.

Great mod thank you. One gripe: looks like the values do not extend to Regiments of Renown, which means that a basic unit with a few chevrons on it becomes better than what should be the best verion of that unit.

Great mod. not too overpowered but still makes veterans worth keeping alive. Is there a reason ranged units get less of a reload reduction than in vanilla (dwarven quarrellers have a reload time of 8.3 seconds and in vanilla they have 8.1 seconds at top tier)? Or am I just reading it wrong?
