I built a Addon mod that syncs Traffic Manager: President Edition (TM:PE) across Cities: Skylines Multiplayer (CSM) — without any code changes in either TM:PE or CSM! 🎉

It works with the latest build releases, and it’s currently in beta, so feel free to give it a try and let me know how it goes.

What do you mean? The city milestones are still enabled even in multiplayer
As long as you dont start with the Unlock Everything Cheat you are good
At most one of you has it slightly earlier since the number of citizens can vary slightly based on desyncs

Is there anyway to reset milestones so we progress together, or does this mod just make everything unlocked?

Hello! Please tell me when the synchronization problem will be solved? We urgently need to solve this problem if possible, and when should we expect an update?

The mod is great but me and my friend are experiencing de-sync issues where we are looking at the same area and one of us has a fire and the other doesn't or it will show one of us that we have an issue with abandoned buildings but the other person looks at the same houses and they are fully occupied. Any advice on what this is or how to fix it.

its not sync and the Buildings are wierd. I place a "Water treatment plant" but my Coop mate, see a Football Stadium. And the Result: He build a "modern Power Station." But i see a long building with German and spanisch.... flags and Sodapop etc. Thats the problem -> i have lost buildings without Electricity but the build by him are not lost.

says it is incompatible with TM:PE 11.8.0.0 STABLE.

It says index out of range something, and it happens whenever the person you're with places a road. It creates a road for you too, but the road on your screen goes across the entire map, and you get the inescapable error message. Happens pretty often, might have to do with the network anarchy mod

I really like this mod. Does it work with all mods that use harmony?

Any plan to make a similar mod for Cities Skylines 2?

It works like a charm (via internal IP on Lan with my daughter), requires a bit of thoughtfulness to set it up. The guide on citiesskylinesmultiplayer dot com helped with that. For a gamer from the 90's, its default stuff, like looking up IP, port, and forwarding it, but probably can be daunting for younger people who never had to do anything like that ;-)

We noticed slight issues like 1 player hitting 'boom town' slightly before the other: but it has no impact on gameplay besides some very minor immersion breakage. We're very happy it works. I as host disabled all DLC (3c) that I had before letting my daughter (zero DLC's) join.

It just worked, and it's something I was looking forward to for a long time! Now we can work at a city together!!

Doesnt work anymore

This mod destory my save, it makes water keep flooding

Open chat "T" and type "/sync" do this as the joiner to a session not the host itself it will fix the desync

Testet and mod works great. We're playing with a few mods, which I can list here as long as the very few problems we've had.

We can't use the terrain tool, which might be a problem with "Extra Landscpaing Tools" mod. I need to test this.
Also, after a few hours of playing, I startet building trains. After that, he could no longer see how much money we god. It just froze. I'll see if it's still a problem next time we play. Hopefully a restart fixes it.

Lastly, we do not play with any DLC's, but we will try out 3 DLC's listed as unknown. I'll update when it has been testet.
