@Drarkyel Anywhere floor this enemy spawns:

Caves,
Catacombs,
Flooded Caves,
Depths,
Necropolis,
Dank Depths

I've had it happen on all the floors they spawn on.

@Hythrojin The enemy probably uses the rock ID related to devil statue. What floors does it appear on?

There seems to be weird effect when you collect this item, and interact with a Shroomeo (Tboi: Deliverance). When this enemy expels a line of rock tremors at you (It's attack), the rock tremors are replaced with a line of "Fallen Uriel" angels. This only occurs when I pick up the Rood

An update was released to make bleeding effect temporary and affected by luck. Isaac is no longer able to kill bosses by just taking one hit. It was really overpower...

When rerolling angel deal items, unless it's a conflict with another mod, they just turn into shop hearts

@Alien_Halls It's fixed now. Angel pacts are now always soul hearts for The Lost and The Forgotten characters.

since devil rooms originally take red hearts first, then soul hearts if you have none, angel rooms should now take soul hearts first, then red hearts if you have none.

New update released. It's now necessary to bomb devil statues instead of angel statues to spawn angels. Angel pacts are only considered if Isaac gets Rood before making any devil deal. Added synergies with Judas's Tongue and Filigree Feathers and removed Goat Head and Eucharist ones.

What about changing the pools to curse/red chest/demon beggar? So it still fits the theme and no longer requires angel rooms, since the item is both angel and devil related.
