It is not used for full moons caused by moon book.
Even if the 1 day is full moon and the 11 day is New moon,
On the 11 day(New moon), magic is used.

@6FitsUnder those mods do not conflict with each other. I tested it. Try again but this time when you are using secondary ice staff action make sure you are pointing your cursor nearby polar star

I think that's the only mod I use that is associated with the staves

@6FitsUnder Are you perhaps using other mods that change how ice staff works? I just tested the functionality of the mod and it seems fine. Make sure you are using right click with ice staff (this mod adds secondary action of ice staff); it has to be on surface on petrifiable trees

No, It doesn't give me any error message, but using moon callers staff and ice staffs won't petrify any trees anymore after 2-3 uses

@6FitsUnder are you getting error message? btw that issue with mods not appearing in the list has been already fixed

Heya, This doesn't look like working anymore, I tried 1) During the full moon night 2) used Mooncaller then Ice staff respectively. I applied a fix on the forum for the broken server modes to make it appear on the mod list again

ooooooooohhhhhhhh, you never mentioned it had to be a full moon and the gif never showed it as a full moon night. You should change that. But thanks for clarifying.

@Hifreindso I checked and it works for me. The requirements are as follow 1. it has to be full moon night, 2. there needs to be polar star nearby evergreens, 3. spell is cast with Ice Staff's secondary action (area targeted)

When I try using the spell no trees petrify. I did it at night with the mooncallers.
