Refuelable Magic

You are now able to recharge your precious amulets, fuel your sword with delusions and even give the Morning Star a second helping of nitre.

Using Nightmare Fuel on the Chilled Amulet and Insanity Amulet gives them 180 seconds of durability, while using Nitre on the Morning Star gives it 90 seconds of durability.

For the Dark Sword, Staves and Amulets with triggered abilities you can set the amount of durability restored in the Config Menu.
You can also set whether the Dark Sword, Staves and the Morning Star can be refueled at all.

Hopefully fixed the Morning Star this time for real...
