Yeah, odd.
So the way the mod works regarding the Tekehu's robe is:
1) Modifies Tekehu's base equipment, replacing the standard Watershaper's Robe with Tekehu's robe. This affects him if he hasn't been spawned yet, i.e. if you haven't stepped into the Watershaper's Guild yet.
2) If enabled mid-run, runs a script (once, on area transition or load) that checks if there's a Watershaper's Robe in the active inventory (either equipped/in the bag of a person that is in party OR in the stash), removes it, and then gives the new robe to the party.
What I'll probably do in the future (I'm doing a rebalance, abuse contemplative reaping while it's there) is just set the replacement scripts to fire constantly, but stop when it succeeds once. Messy, but it'll prevent issues like this happening in the future.

Ok, it must be another mod, but the only one I use that affects items is Una's Rarities. I disabled everything except this mod and found Tekehu's robe in the inventory.

I also cannot find Tekehu's robe. He just has the default Watershaper's Robe.

Tekehu should start with the robe. If you have one of the original Watershaper's Robes that he comes with, it should be replaced with it when the item replacement script runs.

Just doing a quick console-ing and nothing seems to have changed internally? Should be okay. I'll probably do a minor pass (do not wait for this) just to make everything matches with the current data format but it should be okay.

Each have a hidden enchantment that grants abilities that activate on the condition that they have the status effect granted by the other's enchantments, so you need to be wielding both guns.

How does the enchantments sharing work for Hand Mortar and Fire in the Hole? I tried enchanting one, then the other, then both and it seems like it's not working at all. Can someone please test it and explain it? Thank you.

I do think there should be better distribution of uniques (and unique clothing). I do quite like the current system though, makes each unique item special.
